Josh and Brad were extremely helpful and went out of their way to come to our rescue in the midst of a severe snow storm! Our water heater broke and, while we must replace the old one, they made multiple trips to keep the gas going until we could complete the replacement. The only plumber who actually answered the phone/text each time I reached out. They are warm and generous people. I highly recommend them!

Josh was quick to reply and schedule during the Christmas to New Year holiday week. He has a great personality and know how. He helped me install a washer dryer unit that had to fit into a very tight space. After some great plumber yoga he was able to reach down the side of my laundry closet and connect the vent. He also took on a change order on the spot and removed the air bumbles from my hydro heating system. We highly recommend Josh at JM Plumbing to anyone in Incline Village. Josh was great! He returned my call on Sunday and fit me into his very busy schedule on Monday. He repaired my hot water heater so I had hot water again! We used JM Plumbing when our furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter. Josh responded promptly and professionally. He had to return to his shop 2 times to get the correct parts. He identified the problem and attended to it. The next morning he called to ensure everything was working to our satisfaction. What an incredible experience! Josh was on site within an hour of our call despite very heavy snowfall, poor visibility and poor road conditions. He diagnosed and temporarily "fixed" our boiler problem on the spot and returned within the week with replacement parts to complete the repair. At long last, we have found our plumber. We agreed to have a permanent, infrequent relationship.

Our pipes froze at about 3 AM this winter. I contacted Josh that day and he was here several hours later. He worked after hours into the dark night, in the freezing coldi nside and outside the house. Josh solved a difficult issue with aplomb. His work ethic is unbelievable. I can't recommend Josh highly enough. Josh has helped us out before. Remarkably consistent.
